Toyota iQ goes Diesel ; gets new tech too

the Toyota iQ is easily my favorite upcoming small cars. So it is with some joy that I tell you that its getting a diesel engine. Diesels certainly do not deserve the smoky, polluting reputation anymore. Parts of Asia and the whole of Europe has shown that the latest engines are in fact much more efficient at burning diesel and giving a higher mileage. Its high time that we in the States get the message as well.
